Got this smoothie idea from my sister, Rachel. The key is using coconut milk instead of regular milk- I bought SO Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk out of the refrigerator case.
Ingredients (for one): 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup coconut milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp honey
