Old Habit: Come home from work, stand over the sink, and inhale as much cheese as possible before dinner. New Habit: Come home from work, have a Greek yogurt or other healthy snack, play with Sadie until dinner.
Old Habit: Picking up an 8-piece fried chicken from Giant to eat for dinner.
New Habit: Picking up a salad to eat for dinner.
Old Habit: Drink a 12-pack of Coke Zero every week.
New Habit: Drink a small can of low-sodium V-8 daily for added veggies.
