The Beginning
The past few weeks have been a series of ups and downs for Matt- making a change is tough! We can see from the previous updates that Matt has experience both weight loss and weight gain. For me, weight is not the primary indicator of health- it's how your clothes fit, how you feel, and the act of making healthy choices.
On a more positive note, I was reading Men's Health the other day, and found an article referencing a new calculator that provides detailed information about calorie intake, exercise, and weight loss. It's called the Body Weight Simulator. Maybe other readers will want to run the simulator for themselves?

Here is what Matt's results mean:
Matt should eat 2948 calories to maintain his current weight.
Matt should eat 2500 calories a day if he wants to lose 12 pounds over 90 days.
Once Matt reaches his goal weight, he should eat 2798 calories a day to maintain his new weight.
Pretty cool, right?
These past few weeks, Matt had a 2 pound weight loss, and his measurements were unchanged.
