Thursday: Veggies & Rice with Tofu and Easy Thai Peanut Sauce
Friday: Scrounge Meal
As you can see, my meal plan isn't always EXACT, there are a few nights that are up in the air. Wednesdays I always go to yoga at 7 pm, so I usually have a snack beforehand, then drink a smoothie when I get home.
This week, I also committed to making a quinoa salad for Matt's work potluck. Between the potluck dish, dinners, and grocery staples, here is what I bought this week:
onions bread salsa
olives peaches tofu
fish protein powder walnuts
capers bell peppers avocado
lettuce feta cheese cereal
eggs black beans yogurt
cilantro baby carrots bananas
quinoa yogurt tomatoes
milk anchovy paste waffles
Of course, these are not all the ingredients I needed to make my meals & snacks, I already had some of the ingredients on hand.
