Kellogg's Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts: Not only did I eat Pop Tarts all the time, but the brown sugar version was my favorite. I went to college near Cleveland Ohio, so there were a lot of cold mornings I didn't feel like leaving my dorm room to eat breakfast. The solution? Keep a box of Pop Tarts in my room! I'm sure these were a main contributor to my freshman year weight gain (the pizza & beer didn't help either).

Quiznos Chicken with Honey Mustard Flatbread Salad: I used to go to Quiznos all the time. Before I knew about reading labels & sneaky restaurant menus, I thought this salad was a healthy option.
