Ingredients:
1 ball whole wheat pizza dough
about 1/2 jar of salsa
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 bag frozen pepper strips
1/2 15 oz can black olives, sliced
1/2 can vegetarian refried beans
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Garnishes: cilantro, avocado
Cook your onions & peppers in a skillet with some olive oil, set aside. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Roll out pizza dough to fit your baking sheet, stretching to fit to the edges. Spread salsa on top of dough. Place dollops of refried beans on top of salsa, then press with the back of your spoon to flatten. Add peppers & onions, cheese & olives. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes, until crust is done and cheese is melted. Slice it up, & top with cilantro and avocado. Makes 4-5 servings.
